Becky Ellsworth, LMT, CPT is a fully licensed, insured, and nationally board-certified massage therapist. She is also a certified personal trainer (CPT-NCSF) with the National Council on Strength and Fitness.

Becky is known for having the highest standards of professionalism. She takes the time to listen to her clients’ concerns, find the root cause of the problem, and educate them on how they can incorporate changes into their lives to maximize neuromuscular pain relief and feel better. 

Becky is certified in advanced deep tissue and neuromuscular therapy. She specializes in a variety of massage modalities including medical, deep tissue, sports, pre- and post-surgery, injury prevention and rehabilitation, and restorative relaxation. Becky also utilizes Ayurvedic fundamentals with aromatherapy when needed. Her experience and advanced knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology, her palpation skills and intuitive approach, and her listening skills allow her to customize each session to fit each client’s comfort level, from mild pressure to a more aggressive deep tissue approach. 

Becky earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences (BS.HSC) from Southern New Hampshire University in 2019. She also has an Associate’s degree in Applied Sciences with a Dual Therapeutic Massage Certificate from the Community College of Rhode Island (CCRI). Becky received CCRI’s Community Service Achievement Award in 2003, and obtained her national certification in massage therapy in 2004. In 2006, Becky received the RI Chapter Meritorious Award through the national American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), and in 2007 was awarded the RI-AMTA Government Relations Activist Award. Becky received her certification in Clinical Oncology Massage, Hospital Based, Instructor Training through the Alliance of Clinical Oncology Massage (ACOM) program in 2013. She is board certified with the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB).
