TIME is a very limited commodity; once lost, it cannot be regained. Blackstone Massage Therapy Center, a time-dependent business, is run by appointments. We promise all appointments will be on time and complete. However, if you are late for an appointment, it must still necessarily end at the appointed hour, which affects you and not the person scheduled after you. This is only fair.
If you find it necessary to cancel or change an appointment, please allow at least 24 hours prior notice. Any changes or cancellations (or missed appointments) less than 24 hours in advance will obligate you to pay for the originally scheduled session. Should a substitute be found to fill your appointment, no charge will be made for that missed appointment. Furthermore, if for any reason, we need to cancel an appointment, Blackstone Massage Therapy Center agrees to give you 24 hours notice or your next session is free. We believe this is also fair.
Fortunately, this policy has not been abused since we have been in practice. In fact, most clients have voluntarily paid for their missed appointments without a reminder from us. It is an awkward situation to have to enforce this policy, but it is part of business. Should you feel that this policy is unreasonable, feel free to discuss it with us at any time.
We value our work highly and take it seriously. Although we are very friendly, we do not wish our kindness to be taken advantage of. We promise at all times to treat you with respect and fairness and appreciate when you do likewise. Please know that our relationship is built on trust and communication and it is our goal that it continues on a professional and sound basis.

All our therapists are highly skilled and have their own unique style and approach. We understand that massage therapy is a very personal choice. If for any reason you would like to try a different therapist at Blackstone, we encourage you to do so and respect your decision. Your comfort and satisfaction is our primary goal.
